After your heat session, you’ll move to the cold plunge, then back again - alternating between the two to build circulation, speed up recovery, and calm the mind.

Every session can include Chromotherapy, a soothing light-based treatment that lets you choose different colors to match your mood and wellness goals. Simply adjust the in-room lighting to enhance balance, focus, or relaxation.

With any goal you may have, we do recommend starting with 1–2 minutes in the Cold Plunge, and gradually build up to 3–5 minutes as your tolerance increases.
